SECOND NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an Annual Meeting of the Members and Appointment of Directors for the Waterway Condominium Association, Inc. will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM, in the Waterway Clubhouse, 306 Golfview Rd, North Palm Beach, FL. 33408.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct any business as may come before the members. Seven (7) individuals have given their notice to run for seven (7) positions, therefore an election is not necessary. Six (6) incumbents – James Donnelly, Dori Edwards, Ann Fisher, Richard Nowak, Rosemary Sterner, Paul Travis, and another owner, Ryan Murcko (bio mailed to all owners), have nominated themselves as candidates for the 2025-2026 Board of Directors.
A Proxy has been mailed to all owenrs and it is to be executed if you do not plan to attend the Annual Meeting. It is very important that you fill out the Proxy and return it. It can be scanned and emailed to pm@wwrwwc.com, or mailed to Property Manager, Waterway Condominium Association, Inc., 308 Golfview Rd, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, or simply drop it into the COA mailbox next to the elevators in both the East and West buildings. Your Proxy must be received prior to the meeting so that a quorum can be established and business can be conducted at the Annual Meeting.
