QUARTERLY DUES – THE WATERWAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.

Quarterly Association Fees are due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st and late after the 15th of the above mentioned months.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Online Payment via E-Check (no transaction fees) or Credit Card (transaction fees do apply). Go to the website: smartwebs.com/core/login.
    Once in the portal, access the online payment service to make a one-time payment or to setup the automatic payment.
  • By check: Please make the check payable to “Waterway Condominium Association,” and mail it to Waterway Condominium P.O. Box 26078, Miami, FL 33102-6078. Please make sure to include your SmartWeb account number “….” on the check memo.

    • Please submit your payment in timely matter to avoid late fees and interest.
