Waterway Recreation Association Update June 21, 2024

July 4th Advisements:

Here’s hoping that the Village of North Palm Beach will put on their typical great Fireworks show. Based on prior years, the show usually starts right around 9pm. Sunset this year is at 8:18pm.
Our property will be ready for you and your guests as usual. We will be on the Wristband Program again this event. All visitors to the property will need wristbands to get onto the property. Please let Dori Edwards know what your wristband needs will be, at pm@wwrwwc.com. Per person limit is 12 plus 2 “driver” wristbands, just like the past events. Wristband requests should be received by Noon on Friday, June 28th, and will be distributed in the Clubhouse on July 2nd.

Police Services:
We will have off-duty police at the entrances to the Association property. They will lock down the driveways around 6-6:30pm and start checking for bracelets at that point. If there are any issues that require police action, please call 911, as the officers at the front are off duty, and not necessarily prepared to respond as on duty police.

Swimming Pool / Clubhouse
As we typically do, the swimming pool and the Clubhouse will be locked up for between 6pm July 4th and 7am, July 5th.

Patio and Deck Courtesies
The patio and deck are first come – first serve. No reservations. Please, if you are having a barbecue and you have finished your dinner, make room for your neighbors that would like to sit down and eat. And remember to clean the tables and the grills when finished.

Other
We will have maintenance services on site for the evening, so if you need anything, just let them know. We will have extra trash cans placed strategically throughout the property and will empty them as needed. If you move any of the Association chairs / lounges around on the property, please return them to their “home” location. Please direct any questions that you may have to pm@wwrwwc.com and we will do our best to get back to you within a reasonable time frame. If you have renters in your unit, please inform them of the procedures for the July 4th evening.
Please enjoy the event and be safe.
