Xfinity Letter | SENT in ERROR

We understand that some of you recently received a letter from Xfinity advising you to contact them to set up or renew individual TV service contracts.

Please note that our community’s TV bulk service agreement with Xfinity (X1 Popular TV with on Demand) has been already renewed on Oct. 22, 2025, on behalf of all residents.
You do not need to sign individual contracts for the TV service
(X1 Popular TV with on Demand) or take any further action at this time. Your current Xfinity TV Services will continue under the terms of our community’s bulk service agreement.

However, please note that the TV Bulk Service (X1 Popular TV with on Demand) agreement between The Waterway Community Association with Xfinity does not apply to Internet Service, but only to the TV service.

If you have an individual Xfinity agreement for your Internet Services, please continue your payments and service as usual under that specific agreement.
