4TH OF JULY
 Please inform your guests about our Rules and Regulations
 No parking allowed in any other owner assigned parking space, unless approved by the owner
 Children must be supervised at all times when on common areas
 The elevators are not a playground for children
 If your guests are bringing any pets, please make sure they are being informed about our community rules

GARBAGE / TRASH CHUTE CLOGS – This is turning into an unpleasant weekly event!
 Please do not “push” down the trash chute over-sized bags or boxes as they do obstruct the chute
 All trash must be bagged
 Please place any glass / metal and flattened cardboard boxes only in the recycle bins downstairs – DO NOT use the trash chute!

Landlords – Please make sure you inform your tenants in a timely manner.

QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE

The Quarterly Maintenance payment schedule is Jan 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. Payments are due on the 1st, and are considered LATE on the 15th. Please be considerate of your neighbors and the Condominium budget, and don’t let your maintenance fees lag.

When we all work together to keep our community clean and safe, it makes living here that much enjoyable and affordable.
