UPDATE
The Milestone Inspection has been performed.
Thank you all for your cooperation!
……………………………….

The Milestone Inspection
has been scheduled for Monday, November 25th
Please mark your calendar & check your email for updates.

The milestone inspection is required by law. If a building reached 30 years of age before July 1, 2022, the building’s initial milestone inspection must be performed before December 31, 2024. The milestone inspection is a structural inspection of a building, including load-bearing walls and other elements that are designed to support the building (Florida Statutes – 553.899 – Mandatory structural inspections for condominium and cooperative buildings).

Engineers from Swaysland Engineering will be performing this inspection. Besides the exterior of our buildings, our balconies/lanais also have to be inspected. Therefore, access to all units is mandatory.

Engineers do recommend: if possible, for unit owners to attempt to minimize furniture on the balcony during inspection, or if possible, to be moved away from the walls.
The inspectors will be accompanied by the Property Manager and Members of the Board of Directors.

Please make sure the key you have provided the association with is current. If not, please provide us with a spare key as soon as possible.
If you are in town, either place it in an envelope in our Association Mailbox (top left in our mailbox area) or drop it off at the Clubhouse Monday between 8 and 11AM or Thursday between 5 and 8PM.
